Sponsorship

Who is a Sponsor?

A sponsor is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is seeking to reunite with a member of the family class. The sponsor must comply with certain requirements to be eligible to sponsor a member of the family class such as:

Be 18 years of age or older, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and sign an undertaking and a sponsorship agreement as well as fulfill financial requirements unless exempted.

Our immigration firm will help you prepare and present the necessary evidence for such application.

Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada including your spouse, partner, dependent children and parents or grand parents. The objective of this program is to see that families are reunited in Canada.
